Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Monohroshi account and the data associated with it. Monohroshi is operated by Sole Proprietor Rostyslav Ihorovych Lytvyn, located in Lviv, Ukraine, Pryrodna 10.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Monohroshi mobile app:

• Open the Monohroshi app and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and associated personal data are removed immediately, except for the limited records described in “Data we retain” below.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to support@monohroshi.com from the email address associated with your Monohroshi account.
• Use the subject line “Delete account”.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity to protect your account.

We will process verified requests within 30 days and confirm once your account has been deleted.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• your profile and account data (name, email address, authentication provider details, and account settings);
• the financial data you entered (accounts, balances, transactions, categories, tags, budgets, savings goals, and currencies);
• your shared-space membership data, invitations, and related activity you own;
• your notification tokens, reminder preferences, and app usage identifiers associated with your account.

Data we retain

For legal, tax, and accounting reasons, we may retain a limited set of records after account deletion — such as records related to purchases, subscriptions, and payments processed through the app stores. These records are kept only for the period required by applicable Ukrainian tax and accounting law (generally up to 3 years), after which they are deleted or anonymized. Retained records are not used to re-create your account or profile.
