- Purchase and subscription data, such as product identifiers, subscription status, and transaction confirmation details received from app store platforms. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.

- from login providers such as Apple or Google when you choose those sign-in methods;
- from app store platforms in connection with subscriptions and purchases;

- create and manage your Monohroshi account;
- provide budgeting, expense tracking, analytics, and shared-space features;
- process and display the financial data you choose to enter;
- generate AI-powered insights and assistant responses;

- process subscriptions and confirm your access to paid features;
- monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate issues, and improve the service;

We process information because it is necessary to provide the services you request, operate your account, perform our contractual obligations, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests such as improving reliability, preventing fraud, and maintaining service quality. If you sign in through Apple, Google, or another supported provider, we receive information needed to authenticate you and operate your account. The information we receive depends on the provider and your privacy settings with that provider.

Monohroshi is designed to help you organize and understand personal financial information. When you use AI-powered features, prompts and related account or transaction context may be processed to produce answers, insights, suggestions, or summaries. We aim to limit the data used to what is reasonably necessary to provide the feature.
AI-generated responses may be produced with the help of third-party providers acting on our behalf. We do not treat AI outputs as professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
8. Notifications, analytics, and attribution
If you enable reminders or push notifications, we use notification tokens and related settings to send messages you request. We may also use analytics, crash reporting, and attribution tools to understand app performance, detect bugs, measure usage trends, and evaluate marketing performance.
9. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the relevant app store platform. We may receive limited subscription details such as purchase status, expiration data, and transaction identifiers in order to activate or manage paid features. Payment processing is handled by the platform provider, not by Monohroshi directly.

- with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, attribution, AI features, customer support, or infrastructure;
- with other users in a shared financial space, but only to the extent necessary for workspace collaboration and invitation features;
