What to include
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- the email address connected to your Monohroshi account;
- a short description of the issue or question;
- what device and app version you are using, if relevant;
- screenshots or screen recordings when reporting a bug.
Billing and subscriptions
For App Store subscriptions, billing, renewals, and refunds are generally managed by Apple. If something looks incorrect in the app, email us and we will help verify your subscription status.
Bug reports
If Monohroshi crashes, shows incorrect data, or something does not work as expected, send us the steps to reproduce the issue and any screenshots you can share. The more context you provide, the faster we can investigate.
